Two common causes on iOS:
- AutoFill isn’t enabled. SSO Vault needs iOS AutoFill turned on to sign you in (FAQ #6). If it’s off, the app will show a message asking you to enable it.
- Personal Credential Suggestions are off. With this toggle off, Enterprise sign-ins are also disabled so nothing surfaces in the keyboard bar (this is by design – turn it on if you want automatic sign-in).
