Attribute Mapping is used to map the LDAP attribute values to the WordPress user profile fields.
Please refer the configured attribute mapping screenshot below:
In the above screenshot, User email is stored in mail attribute at the LDAP. We have entered this attribute name (“mail”) in front of Email Attribute in the Attribute Mapping tab of the plugin.
The plugin will fetch the email from LDAP and map this value to the Email field of the WordPress user profile.
