This issue occurs when the Auto-Redirection to Provider setting is enabled in the miniOrange OAuth plugin, and your OAuth provider experiences an outage, preventing access to Jira.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Use the Emergency URL to access Jira’s native login page. Try to log in using local Jira admin credentials.
- After successfully logging in as admin, navigate to the Sign-In Settings tab from the left nav bar and disable the Auto Redirect to Application setting.
- Finally, save the settings.
- Now when you hit the Jira login page you will not be redirected to the provider.
If the Emergency URL is not enabled, you may need to enable it first using a REST API call.
