You may be seeing the error "Failed to load the page" with reasons like "Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL" or "Page failed to load due to an error" because Customer Accounts may be enabled. Our Shopify OTP Login/Register application currently supports Legacy Accounts, so switching from Customer Accounts to Legacy Accounts should resolve the issue.
Please follow the steps below to switch to Legacy Accounts:
- Go to your Settings.

- Locate the Customer Accounts section.

- Switch from "Customer Accounts" to "Legacy Accounts."

After making this change, your page should load correctly.
