Q1. Why do I see “dummy data” or a dimmed dashboard?

The dashboard displays placeholder data until you configure a valid API token through Quick Setup. Once you complete the API token setup, the dashboard will load live metrics from your Atlassian organization.


Q2. What are the charts and “Actionable insights” for?

The charts, such as user activity distribution and monthly cost savings, help you identify usage patterns and opportunities to reduce unused licenses. The "Actionable Insights" section recommends specific steps you can take, such as tightening cleanup schedules or reviewing inactive users.
