Q1. When does a scheduler rule actually run?
The rules set run hourly. However, a rule only executes when the rule’s configured time matches the timezone and recurrence settings.
Q2. How does “Protect groups” work?
Any user who belongs to a protected group is excluded from the rule's action. This prevents accidental changes to critical or admin users.
Q3. What is the difference between Audit mode and Live mode?
Audit mode logs what actions would occur without making any changes. Live mode carries out the actions, such as removing access, suspending, or deactivating users at the moment.
Q4. If I disable a rule, will queued work stop immediately?
Disabling a rule prevents all future scheduled runs. However, any batches already queued from a run in progress may still complete.
