Can a Data Principal approach the Data Protection Board if a grievance is not resolved?

Yes. A Data Principal should first submit the grievance to the Data Fiduciary or Consent Manager through the organization's grievance redressal process

If the issue remains unresolved, Section 15 allows the individual to approach the Data Protection Board of India. The Board can examine the complaint, conduct an inquiry where necessary, and take action in accordance with the DPDP Act.
