In order to allow users to setup the 2FA method please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Navigate to the 2FA Policy for End Users tab.
- Scroll to the General 2FA Settings section.
- Enable Enforce 2FA to end users. (Set Up Available 2FA Methods)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Save Settings button.
