In order to allow users to change the 2FA method while logging:
- Navigate to the 2FA Policy for End Users tab.
- Scroll to the General 2FA Settings section.
- Enable Allow users to change/re-configure 2FA checkbox.
- Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
