Steps:
- Check the configuration on miniOrange and VPN client/server if that’s complete according to the guide.
The user is unable to login to the VPN
Steps to fix:
- Check the RADIUS Authentication report in miniOrange if it’s receiving requests from the VPN server.
e.g.; User entry should be mentioned otherwise no request received. - Check in the server logs if the VPN Server IP is displayed at runtime.
Note: VPN Server IP remains the same for multiple users but the username would change in the Radius Authentication Report (For validation if requests are received)
