The user appears as unregistered in miniOrange

The user appears as unregistered because a password has not been set for users that are created or imported.

There are several ways to register users:

  1. When creating a user, ensure that a password is set for them.
  2. To auto-register users, go to Settings in the miniOrange dashboard, navigate to the Users tab under the User Onboarding section, and enable the Enable User Auto Registration option. Afterward, re-import the users.
