The only way to free up the SSO user seat/license for the WordPress SAML IDP or OAuth Server plugin is to delete the user from your WordPress site.
To do so you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your WordPress site as an Administrator user.
- Navigate to the Users Page on your site using the left-hand menu.
- Hover over the user you want to delete.
- Click the red Delete link.
- Click on the Confirm Deletion button to delete the user.
We do not recommend any manual changes to the database to delete SSO users, these changes are risky and can cause unexpected issues with your website.
