Please make sure you have enabled the Accounts required on your Shopify store. Please follow the below steps to enable the setting.
- Go to the admin dashboard of your Shopify store.
- Click on Settings.
- From the left panel, select Customer accounts. Click on Edit.
- Enable the Classic customer accounts option and click on Save.
