Please make sure you have enabled the Accounts required on your Shopify store. Please follow the below steps to enable the setting.
- Go to the admin dashboard of your Shopify store.
- Click on Settings.
- From the left panel, select Checkout.
- In the Customer Accounts section, select Accounts are required or Accounts are optional.
- Save your Configurations.
