Audit Logs and Filters

8 views 0

Q1. What is the difference between Compact and Detailed view?

Compact view shows one row per operation run, with expandable detail for each. Detailed view displays every individual user action in a table, which is useful when you need to review line-by-line outcomes.

Q2. What kinds of operations appear in audit logs?

Operations include automation rules, manual operations, user imports, bulk CSV actions, and scheduled cleanups. Each entry includes a status such as success, failed, warning, in progress, or partial failure.

Q3. How do filters work?

You can narrow the log by date range, operation type, status, user, or free-text search. Each active filter appears as a badge that you can remove individually.

Q4. What does “Clear logs” do? Is it reversible?

Clear logs permanently deletes stored execution and action logs. The confirmation dialog states this cannot be undone. Use only when you intentionally want to wipe history.

Q5. How do I refresh the list and trust the timestamp?

Click Refresh to reload the latest data. The page displays a "last updated" time, and all timestamps reflect your configured timezone settings.
