Yes. You can enable the Exclude service accounts option when configuring the External User Access policy. When enabled, service accounts and automation or integration users are excluded from the access review.
This is useful when your Jira instance contains accounts that are used for automated processes, integrations, or other non-human activities. These accounts may legitimately require access to projects but may not need to be reviewed in the same way as external users such as contractors, vendors, or customers.
By excluding them, you can keep the findings focused on external users whose access requires an actual review.
