You must have received a renewal invoice on the email address associated with your miniOrange account.
Note: If not received a renewal invoice, you can reach out to us at samlsupport@xecurify.com
- If the invoice has been received, you can make the payment using either a credit card or bank transfer. Here are the steps for each payment method:
For payment using a credit card:
- Click here to log in to your miniOrange account.
- From the bottom left corner, go to License -> Manage License.
- On the top right, click on the Make Payment button.
- Enter the amount specified in the renewal invoice.
- Fill in the remaining details and click the Pay Now button to complete the payment.
For payment using Bank Transfer:
- Please reach out to us at samlsupport@xecurify.com so that we can share the bank details for the payment process.
- Once your payment is confirmed and the license is renewed, go to the Account Info tab in the plugin and click on the Sync Your License (in the plugin version 12.1.5 and above) button to update the license expiry in the plugin as well.
