We would like to have a separate URL for SSO login. Is this available in the plugin?

Does the miniOrange SAML SP plugin for WordPress supports SP Initiated Authentication, IDP Initiated Authentication or Both?
Does the plugin require base or stub user information loaded into the application? Or does the application implement just-in-time provisioning?
