Android Devices

- Factory reset the device
- Connect to Wi-Fi during setup
- Scan the enrollment QR code provided by IT
- Accept device management permissions
- The MDM agent and policies install automatically
BYOD Devices
- Open any QR code scanner application on device.
- Open the link in the Google Chrome browser
- Follow the steps shown in the device
Apple Devices

- Add the devices in the Apple Busisness Manager Dashboard.
- Reset the device
- Accept the device management permission
- Enroll the device
BYOD Devices
- Open the Camera app
- Open the link shown in the Safari browser.
- Download the Profile
- Go to settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management
- Install the profile
