You can set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Shopify customer accounts through the Shopify SSO application.
If you own either a Shopify Non-Plus store or Shopify Plus store, you can configure Single Sign-On for Shopify store, with protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, LDAP, API authentication for different identity providers like Okta, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0 and many more.
NOTE: If account type is selected as customer accounts then users will be prompted for MFA (OTP over email) on the first login.
You can configure Single Sign-On on your Shopify customer accounts with your desired identity provider like Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, Salesforce, Okta and also you can connect your own custom identity provider.
