I’m getting a 404 error page when I try to login.

This could mean that you have not entered the correct SAML Login URL. Please enter the correct SAML Login URL (with HTTP-Redirect binding) provided by your Identity Provider and try again.

If the problem persists, please contact us using the support form. It would be helpful if you could share your Identity Provider details with us.
