SSO for JSM Customers

Customers see “Invalid SAML configurations: Invalid Email Attribute” when accessing the JSM portal. What does this mean?

The user attribute mapping in the SSO settings is incorrect, so the app cannot read the customer's email from the SAML response.

  1. Log in to JSM as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Apps > JSM SSO app.
  3. Click SSO Configuration.
  4. Click Edit next to the configured IdP.
  5. Check the User Attribute Mapping section. Attribute names are case-sensitive.
  6. Click Save if you make changes.
