Q1. Why are some users not showing in the Users tab?
The Users tab loads results based on your current filters and page. Check your search text, status filters, and group filters, and navigate to the next page to see additional results.
Q2. Why did a bulk action succeed for some users and fail for others?
Partial failures can occur due to differences in user state, permission scope, product or group membership, or API rate limits across the affected users.
Q3. What does “Last active” mean for a user?
"Last active" shows the most recent activity timestamp retrieved from Atlassian's last-active data, covering both global activity and product-specific activity where available.
Q4. Why can’t I suspend/deactivate/delete a specific user?
The action may be blocked by the user's account type, your organization's policy, your API token's permission scope, the user's current state, or restrictions on Atlassian's API side.
Q5. What is the difference between Suspend and Deactivate?
Suspend is org-access suspension. Deactivate disables the user's managed account entirely. Each action uses a different Atlassian API endpoint and has different effects on the user's account.
