This is usually a false negative.
Sometimes WordPress compares the free version of the plugin with the paid version or checks against cached update data. As a result, you may see an update notice even though you’re already on the latest free release.
You can safely ignore this message if you’ve confirmed you’re using the most recent version available in the WordPress plugin directory.
