Probable Cause:
The server clocks for ADFS, WordPress SP, or domain controllers are not synchronized, causing SAML assertions to fall outside acceptable time limits.
Solution:
- Ensure the ADFS server clock is synchronized using NTP.
- Confirm that the clock on the WordPress server (SP) is in sync with the same NTP source.
- Verify that the allowable time skew does not exceed configured limits.
