To check the status of the user mailbox, please follow the steps below.

- Login to https://admin.microsoft.com/
- Now go to Users >> Active Users.
- Search for the user in the active users list.
- Then, navigate to the Mail section to check the status of the active users in the mailbox. (Refer the screenshot below)
