I am facing an issue in scanning the QR code, what is the reason behind the error?

  • Make sure the barcode you are scanning and the app you are using to scan the barcode is suitable.
  • If you are configuring the Google Authenticator method, you will need the Google Authenticator App. Check the image of the app below.

 

 

  • If you are configuring miniOrange authentication methods specifically the Push Notification, QR Code Authentication, or Soft Token methods you will need the miniOrange Authenticator App. Check the image of the app below.
