It could be one of the three things:
- You have run out of Transactions: Please upgrade to any of our plans using the “Upgrade plan” tab from the application.
- You have set an Invalid Message Template: If you are operating from India, please restore to the default template which you might have changed from the “SMS Template” section of the application.
- SMS may have landed in the SPAM folder based on the handset’s individual settings. Please check your Spam folder
