To gain immediate access to your site, please rename the plugin folder from FTP. The plugin gets deactivated and you will be able to log in using your WordPress Username and password. Regarding the issue that you are facing, with the Email Verification authentication method, you get a verification email every time you login to your website, and the link is valid only for that authentication. You will have to accept the latest email with the link to authenticate your transaction.
