My phone is lost, stolen, or discharged. How can I login?

If your phone is lost or discharged and you need to log in, please follow the instructions given below.

  • You will need to reconfigure your Authentication method.
  • Click here to know how to gain immediate access to your site.
  • After gaining access to the site, please activate the plugin and click on ReconfigureĀ to configure a new account on your phone again.
  • After this, you can use the account configured on your new phone to log in to the site.
