My phone is lost, stolen or discharged. How can I login?

  • You will need to reconfigure your Authentication method.
  • Click here to know how to gain immediate access to your site.
  • After gaining login to the site, please Activate the plugin, and click on ReconfigureĀ to configure a new account on your phone again.
  • After this, you can use the account configured on your new phone to login to the site.
