If your WordPress site is offline or behind a firewall, the miniOrange SAML SSO Plugin may fail to log in or validate the license. This happens because the plugin requires access to specific miniOrange domains to complete authentication and license validation.
Cause:
The plugin cannot connect to miniOrange servers due to blocked internet access or firewall restrictions.
Solution:
Please ensure that your site allows outbound HTTPS (TCP port 443) access to the following domains:
- https://login.xecurify.com/ ā Used for account authentication and license login
- https://portal.miniorange.com/ ā Used for license validation and related services
Best Practice:
We recommend allowlisting the following in your firewall rules to avoid interruptions:
- *.xecurify.com
- *.miniorange.com
This will ensure the plugin can communicate securely with miniOrange servers.
