Why is Test Configuration not working?

It maybe due to one of the following reasons:

  • The username/password combination you provided may be incorrect.
  • Configuration is incorrect. To solve this issue kindly check the configuration details provided by the specific IDP. 
  • If forms-authentication is enabled on your application, Please make sure that the “Base-URL” in the “Service-Provider Settings” is a whitelisted URL.
