If the roles are not getting added or removed to/from the Discord Member Profile, but all other functionalities are working fine, then please follow the below-mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Discord.
2. Right-click on your Server > Server Settings > Roles.
3. Check if the Role assigned to the Bot is at the very bottom.
4. If it is, then please drag it and put it at the very top.
5. Click on Save.
