This error is displayed when the user role is restricted from logging in.

Solution

Please ensure the role names and corresponding values are correctly configured for restriction. This can be done in the IDP Attribute Name and IDP Attribute Value input boxes under the Advanced Settings tab under the Attribute/Role Mapping section. User Role Restriction
