I did not receive OTP while creating my account with miniOrange.
In order to verify your account during initial setup, the plugin would send out an OTP to your Email Address that you provide during account creation. If you cannot see the email from miniOrange, please make sure to check your SPAM folder.
If you don’t see an email even in the SPAM folder, please verify your account using your mobile number. You will get an OTP on your mobile number which you need to enter on the page. If none of the above works, please contact us using the Support form in the plugin or drop us a query from here: Contact Us and we will help you get set up.
I did not receive OTP while testing the plugin with my form.
If you are getting one of the following error messages while sending OTP through your form :
1. “There was an error in sending the OTP. Please enter a valid email id or contact site Admin.”
2.“There was an error in sending the OTP to the given Phone Number. Please Try Again or contact site Admin.”
Then it could be one of two things:
1. You have run out of Transactions.
2. You have set an Invalid Message Template.
