I’m getting an “Invalid license key error”. What should I do?

This error message usually occurs when you enter an incorrect license key. To confirm you have the correct license key, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the miniOrange dashboard with the email address linked to your plugin licenses
  2. Navigate to the Licenses -> Manage licenses tab from the bottom left in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the View License key button to view your existing license and its respective key.
  4. Copy a license key that isn’t linked to any domain and paste it into the plugin for activation
