I don’t have access to server file system. How can I get logs?

To set up logs, follow these instructions:

On Jira/Confluence, navigate to System -> Logging and Profiling.
Access the Default Loggers section and click on Configure.
Enter “com.miniorange.sso.saml” in the package field, and select Debug as the logging level. Click on add.
Once these actions are completed, execute the single sign-on process again. This time, logs will be captured. Subsequently, you can retrieve the Support zip by performing these steps:

Visit System -> Troubleshooting and support tools.
Proceed with creating the support zip.
Ensure only the Jira Application Logs option is chosen.
Click on Create zip, then proceed to Download the zip file.
